How do I know something will fit my car?
Every product page states the requirement in plain words at the top, before the price. There is also a one-question checker on the homepage, and a full breakdown on the Will it fit my car? page. If you are still unsure, email us your make, model and year.
Can I add CarPlay to a car that never had it?
No, and neither can anyone else with a USB dongle. That requires replacing the head unit, which is a different job and not something we sell. Our adapter converts wired CarPlay to wireless — your car has to already have it.
Do I need tools or a garage?
For most of the catalogue, no: plug in, pair once, done. Two exceptions we flag clearly — the fibre-optic lighting kit involves tucking strand under trim panels, and dash cam parking mode needs a hardwire kit to the fuse box.
Orders and delivery
How fast do you ship?
Working-day orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours, with a tracking link by email. Full transit times by region are on the Shipping page.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Email us straight away. Before it ships we can usually change the address or cancel it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot.
Returns
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 30 days for a refund. Changing your mind is a good enough reason. Details on the Returns page.
Do I have to keep the box?
Keep it if you can, but a missing box on its own will not lose you the refund.
Your car and your warranty
Will fitting this void my warranty?
Everything we sell plugs into ports your car already has — a USB socket, the 12V socket or the OBD2 port — and none of it cuts into the wiring loom. That is deliberate. The one job worth thinking about first is hardwiring a dash cam to the fuse box: if your car is under warranty and you are unsure, ask your dealer, or simply run the camera from the 12V socket instead.
Is it legal to run a dash cam?
In Spain and across most of the EU, yes, for private use. What varies is what you may do with the footage afterwards — publishing recordings of identifiable people or number plates runs into data protection rules. Recording your own journey for your own insurance claim is the normal, accepted use.
Payment and privacy
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify's own payment system. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us — we only ever see your name, address and what you ordered.
Will you email me constantly?
No. The newsletter is one email a month at most, and unsubscribing takes one click. We do not sell your address.
Reviews
Why are there no reviews on the site?
Because we opened recently and nobody has written one yet. We are not going to invent them. When real customers write in, their words go up unedited — the critical ones too.
