These terms are a solid starting point written for a Spain-based EU online store. Have them checked by your own adviser before you start trading, and fill in your trading name, registered address and tax number below.
1. Who we are
These terms govern the sale of goods through this online store. Our trading name, registered address, company or tax registration number and contact email are shown on our Contact page.
2. Products and vehicle compatibility
We describe every product, including its limitations and vehicle requirements, as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative. Compatibility information is given in good faith based on the specifications available to us. Because trim levels and standard equipment vary by manufacturer, model year and market, you remain responsible for confirming a product suits your vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will advise you honestly, including when the answer is that none of our products will help.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.
4. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where a price or description contained an obvious error, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we decline an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through Shopify's checkout by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Dispatch and delivery timescales are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates come from our carriers and are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within at least 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend that to 30 days. Full details are on our Returns page.
8. Legal guarantee
Goods carry the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Correct use and installation
Products must be installed and used according to their instructions and to applicable road traffic law. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you install does not obstruct your view, distract you while driving, or breach local rules on recording. We are not liable for loss arising from installation contrary to instructions or use contrary to law.
10. Liability
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
11. Complaints
Contact us first so we can resolve things directly. If we cannot agree, consumers resident in the EU may take the complaint to the relevant national consumer dispute resolution body.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
